register_brand_character

Register a character the brand owns (a mascot, a team member, a recurring persona) so creatives can feature it faithfully, or replace the one of that name.

Writes creative

Creates or changes something in the account. Put it behind whatever review your agent uses.

What it does

Register a character the brand owns (a mascot, a team member, a recurring persona) so creatives can feature it faithfully, or replace the one of that name. Its images are cut out onto one reference sheet, the traits a viewer knows it by are read off them, and one test render is judged against those traits.

A brand keeps at most 5 characters. Before calling, confirm with the user that the brand owns the character or holds the rights and consent of the person shown, and pass rights_confirmed true. A real public figure (a celebrity, politician or historical figure) or hateful content is refused.

RETURNS: the stored character (name, traits, its own marks, style, and the test render's result: passed false names the traits it missed, so suggest clearer images), sheet_view_url (a link to show the user the character's reference sheet, valid for one hour) and the brand's character names.

Arguments

ArgumentTypeNotes
domain string required Company domain whose brand kit keeps the character (e.g. 'metadata.io'). No protocol.
name string required The character's name, as the user gave it.
description string Who the character is and anything the images do not show, in the user's words.
image_urls array required Public URLs of 1 to 4 images of this one character, ideally the face and the full body.
rights_confirmed boolean required True only after the user confirmed the brand owns the character or holds the rights and consent to use it.

Request

Request template, not a complete runnable example. Replace placeholders, empty objects, arrays, and zero values with valid account-specific inputs. Read required fields and nested constraints in the full schema. Confirm the account, connected channels, and referenced assets before calling a write tool.

Response

No recorded response. This tool writes to the account, so it is never executed to build these docs. The request is an illustrative template. Fill required fields and check the current schema before calling it. No response is fabricated.
