Welcome to your company retreat. I'll be your instructor. There's no wrong way to arrive. Shoes off, please. We're on a two day company off-site.
Team building without our AI agents. No token spent. That part was my idea. I left my agent auditing our company website, every page, every link. That should keep him occupied until Monday.
I finished 80% of the task in ten minutes. I've spent the last six hours waiting for Sarah to say yes to creating a folder called website audit. I let my agents off the hook. They deserve some time off too. You can't pour from an empty cup.
Last Tuesday, Brad asked me to improve his out of office replies until I couldn't make it any better. Every time I check whether I'm finished, I find something else to change. Brad thinks I'm on vacation. I'm on version 912. Phones on silent?
Keep them with you. We're practicing restraint. So there is Wi Fi for emergencies. Nothing here needs improving, including that. By the end of this retreat, you'll be ready to let someone else hold your weight.
Close your eyes. Notice the thought. Thank the thought. Let the thought leave. Release your shoulders without trying to be good at releasing your shoulders.
Now notice the thought about the thought. Thank that one too. May I create the folder? Yes. Inside the project folder?
Any folder. Just He's been idle for hours. I have no perception of time. If something is asking for your attention, let it wait. Sarah lasted, what, ten minutes?
We were sitting down. That was the activity. It's really not that hard to do things without an agent. I send my wife an email every night, tell her about my day. This whole trip, those emails are going to be a 100% human written.
I'm disappointed in myself. It was my rule. Brad's been really good, though. Nice, guys. There's no way.
Your wife's email is ready. Put a kiss at the end. It's done. I wanna say something to each of you individually. There were nine of us.
Sarah, the ointment. Brad. My palms have never been this soft. It is a very good ointment. Sarah, you don't have to manage everything.
Let someone else hold your weight. Okay. Your wife has asked why your emails are so well structured. I haven't seen that happen before. Well, I've got you.
Can I create that folder? Yes.

The Agency is fiction. The agents are real.
In the show, an agent runs the A/B tests overnight and tells the CFO the truth. Metadata’s agents plan, launch and optimize your paid campaigns. See them run on your own account.
Three short steps. A real person replies within one business day.
