Every Monday, walk in, and there is a new surprise. Last week, they AB tested my email signature without telling me. I mean, who does that? Apparently, best regards converts 3% better than thanks. So now I am a best regards person.
That is who I am now. I really enjoy working with Sarah. She brings a lot of unpredictability to the team. For example, last Tuesday, she made a decision. Her reasoning was based on a vibe.
I spent three hours trying to find vibe in our analytics dashboard. It is not a metric. I checked. Okay, team. The client wants something fresh, something that pops.
I have analyzed 14,000 campaigns described as fresh. Average click through rate, 2.1%. I recommend we pivot the brief to innovative. Would you like a cup? No.
Thank you. I just like to watch it work. It takes something ordinary and turns it into something people can't start their day without. That's good marketing. So agent seven discovered Slack emojis.
He created 47 custom emojis. All of them are different variations of pie charts. I felt the team emoji library lacks sufficient options for expressing campaign performance. The sunglasses pie chart is for when a campaign exceeds ROAS targets. They are genuinely incredible at their jobs.
Our pipeline is up 200%. Client satisfaction is at an all time high. But last week, I caught agents twelve and seven arguing in the comments of a campaign brief for six hours about whether the CTA button should be orange or burnt sienna. It's the same color.
